TS, most brothers have said it clear that 3 years is the law, nothing you can do about it.

The only way is for you to meet up in JB, or you go up. Since you say you are working, why not half the time you go up, half the time, she comes down to JB to meet?

If its 2 to 3 yrs means its indefinitely.
If its 1yr or 2yr only, they'll say so.
I think they tell u that becos they say 5 yrs or forever, it sounds too harsh

No chance she'll enter for holidays la.
They scared she'll come n b pros or overstay n MIA.
Maybe they'll let hr come for those expensive operations on humanitarian grounds provided someone pays for it.

First, ICA had done their jobs. I sense there were many foreigners who are turn back from entering this red dot. The most power man in this country, your gov had not fail us in certain extent.

If a local man had wishes to marry a foreign spouse, if she had broken laws I pretty much believe the waiting for approval from ROM/ ICA is very long. Or the gov servant will let off his spouse pasts to him. Thats if his dick ruled over his head. He take a WL/ FL as wife.

i got a friend jump aeroplane 2 years, surrender herself, jail 21 days send back and was told can try to apply social visit after 1-3 years times subjected to approval, seven years have passed and even the natural sister who is a singaporean application have been rejected several times after appealing,anyway prostituting caught i do not know which is more serious i think she can never come into singapore again

subject to approval? I doubt they are allowed to come in if they broke the law. Unless very urgent matters, if not, I doubt so.
