performa is only supposed to be coated on the inside so unless you take the condom out for bbbj after putting it on... then the girl shouldnt be affected... but i agree with prior comments that the numbing effect is too strong... i like tingle, should be my fave at the moment and it effectively doubles up as a not-so-hardcore version of performa too
