Anybody caught cheating before? How did you deal with it?

Cheated 3 times, got caught both times.
I turned big bastard and turned it on gf, saying if you were abc and bcd, I wouldn't have so and so and so.....

Broke off with 1, the other stayed with me.

If the evidence were not so solid, would not have admitted.

I should say that I am quite fortunate.

Im with my current gf for 6 years. Within the first few months were caught outside via CO’s friends (which i didnt know) and hp check.

Abt 2 years in, i did suggest to divorce but covid and CB mend the marriage. But i was still with gf.

Recently went on the second overseas trip with gf. Got caught after carelessly leaving some digital trail. But CO still willingly forget abt the episode.

Not personally, since I intentionally chose to be forever alone. Far from BB but just want to be FA in my 40s So will never get caught for anything. However my father has been caught many times by the whole family and family friends. Has multiple mistresses around here and there. I know of a few step-siblings some as young as 10 and I'm sure there are more that I don't know of. So many mouths to feed and support that he has to continue working into his 70s. My mother stuck through it all for decades and even now still married. The most shocking thing about it to me was my Grandmother's words to her just before she passed on a few years later. She told my mother 是妳的命 and she just accept it even though she never needed a single cent from my father, even their current home was fully paid out of her own pocket. This woman just amazes me. Sometimes once older they just give up and accept it I guess.

I think the other side of getting caught to worry about, is not forgiveness, but retaliation.

She wants to stay together, but also get even.
My case was idealistic or traditional, as long as I don't see her again, she will take is as nothing ever happened.

My friend got caught by girlfriend. He begged her girlfriend to forgive him. But it didn't work.
