Vida is the number 1 hotel in Pampanga but its damn expensive. The cheapest room available costs more than 8500p AFTER discount! And they are NOT gal-friendly. The hotel is patronized by businessmen and top government officials and their families and the hotel management frown on FLs or bargirls coming to their hotel.

I agree with The Milk Man.... ABC is overrated. If you are there just for Fields ave & Perimeter bars then I agree that the ABC is the best for cheonging..... but they are not the best hotel in AC. There are many other hotels having better facilities and services especially those inside the CDC.

The hostesses in Juliana's are not regulars...... most of them are part-timers who have other jobs. If you are lucky you may encounter some aspiring actresses or models that come over from Manila to moonlight during their free days. There is no barfine in Juliana's but the hostesses are open to ST offers when they finish work at 4am...... most will stay till 6am. Rate for ST is 10K.

I understand that for the local pinoys....... they do the hostesses ST inside the VIP rooms itself. But I have not discover whether true or not as I have never been able to book any of the rooms.

Be prepared to spend at least 40K if you want to visit Juliana's as that's the average bill we always end up with for 2-3 pax. Hostesses are booking by the hour to sit with you.

3. The ladies are abit of the sikit atas quality...... very different from the girls that are found in the perimeter or fields ave bars.

Important to note : Please keep a low profile if you visit Juliana's as the elite pinoys consider it as their playground and do not seem happy that foreigners are patronizing it. If you observe the VIP rooms, sometimes there are armed bodyguards guarding the rooms and the staff will tell you that area is off-limits.

There was once when the Commander of Station 4 in Fields Ave, Major Lusito Tan brought me there to introduce some businessmen to me. We went there in his SUV and there was a separate entrance into that place via 2nd Ave which is manned by an armed guard. I was told this is the VIP entrance. We were led into one of the VIP rooms which I would say the standard is similar to those in our VIP rooms of our nightclubs such as TAM..... and there is a Karaoke system inside the room + cable tv + dvd player with XXX channel available.

From our VIP room on the 2nd level.... we could see onto the stage below or we can close the blinds for privacy. There is also a sofa that can be turned into a bed. A small shower facility is also available. And yes... you can have an orgy inside the VIP room too.

There were 3 other Filipinos besides Major Tan & myself and we each had a hostess to attend to us.... they are supposed to attend to our every needs including sex although all of just settled for blowjobs inside the room. Mamasan was surprised and commented "no sex tonite?"........ I think the rest were reluctant to boom boom in my presence.

The singing and cabaret acts were mostly in Tagalog so I did not really enjoy them...... the comedian act was acceptable as the guy made some audience to participate and made fun of them. The bill came to about 150K. We left by the same entrance on 2nd Ave. All throughout our visit to Juliana's...... we were able to enter and leave the place without being seen by the other customers although we could see them from our room.

Final verdict - Juliana's is not place that I would want to go unless absolutely necessary.

Stotsenberg is majestic..... it used to be the HQ of the US Forces and the building is built like the White House. The hotel rooms are HUGE with high ceilings.

Vida is always fully booked although it is expensive..... so never had the chance to stay there...... only managed to visit a friend who was staying there on company expenses.

It is not just a hantu story but true sighting..... the room in question is on the ground floor 1st room nearest to the reception (there are only 3 rooms on the ground floor).

Thanks for update. This does not surprise me as Cebu has been in a crackdown swing during the last few years already. Result is prices in some bars already double in price over the yrs. They are just spreading crackdown a bit further beyond the usual uptown/downtown bar area we are use to.

ABC is as close as you could get for full-fledged service .. including ATM, Trael Desk, and the shuttle to pick you from / to FA

Thank You to all the bro for the information... It seems to me Juliana might not be good for me as the KTV room is "always booked"... I guess Pink Lady would be the same as well... unless my Belgian suppliers can be consider as VIP in AC which I doubt...

No upper class scene seems to be the case for the pub as well...

I will try my luck in Juliana and if they don't have the KTV room, I would move to one or two pubs and most probably I am heading back to hotel and hit my pillow rather early...
