Not surprising as the pricing was not attractive and the MLs remaining there are nothing special, services also not unique. They were better off at pandan where people have few choices, but coming to toa payoh which is chock-full of tuina and spa with services ranging from basic to super-upsize ..... it's difficult for them to survive without upping their game.
