As you guyz know, lately there is a slight growth back in CP for the cheonging scene or for those whom enjoy the relaxing environment, food and services available over here.
Basically CP was my main domain and currently exploring mainly Danshui and other locations for you brothers out there to enjoy, but just a gentle little reminder that my services here in CP is still fully available as I am still staying around the area.

PHILLIP HOMEBASE HOTEL- CAPITAL CLUB HOTEL (CCH)

Capital Club Hotel (CCH) had been mentioned in the CP thread so many times, but perhaps some bros here still do not know much about this hotel. As a matter of fact, many bros still wrote or called me to ask where the hell is CCH when I recommended the hotel for their accommodation arrangement. Guess I would have to put up a write up to properly introduce this hotel.


Where's CCH? - It's actually right at the town center on the busy road of ZhongYuanJie (中元街), the main stretch between Miraton hotel to Lion hotel. CCH is located on the 4th floor of the building next to Lion hotel named CP Square (常平广场). Star Party KTV (星派对量贩版KTV) entrance is on the right side of the building (towards Miraton hotel direction) and CCH entrance is on the left side towards Lion hotel.



How's the hotel?
- CCH is straight a hotel that provide clean and comfortable rooms without all the grand entrances, lobby and facilities like other hotels in CP and elsewhere. Star rating wise, the hotel should be at least 3-star by PRC standard, but the deco and finishing of certain VIP rooms are enough to outclass certain CP 4-star hotels' room.

- CCH was fully renovated in Jan 2012 and it now has 51 rooms which breakdowns into:

1. Deluxe Room (20 rooms) RMB188 on both weekdays and weekends

While most of the Deluxe rooms are almost identical and pretty basic, BigBed rooms have really big bed ideal of threesome battles, and they are many configurations of the VIP rooms (some with sofas, some with massage bed and other have love chairs). Do take note that not all the hotel rooms are with windows. Business travelers usually prefer those rooms with windows while holiday cheongsters might find windowless rooms are great to start a lazy and relaxing morning.


What's special about CCH? - It's probably the best hotel in downtown CP for cheongsters who just want a clean and comfortable room to hang around for a few nights in term of location, convenience, price and quietness. All the rooms and corridor areas are with strong wi-fi signals, so you won't miss those wechat / whatsapp messages. They are a team of in-house MLs providing relaxing massages at the comfort of your own room (or massage bed in certain VIP rooms) charging RMB99 for 90 minutes service. Last call for massage service should be 0200am on most days while you can try nego with the MLs if you want limited sextras! Another great thing about CCH is that you can get the front desk to help ordering outside food such as TsuiHwa HK style or McD. This is particularly convenient if you want to refill your stomach after battles with MMs at wee hours.


What's nearby CCH? - Top KTV is right at the other entrance of the same building. Mystery cafe is right opposite of the hotel, while many CP famous F&B outlets such as TsuiHwa (HK CCT), ShengYun (Cantonese food) and Ah Seng BBQ are all within 1-3 minutes walk. LCC mall, the biggest and newest mall in CP is just 3 minutes away and Market 8 (with cinemas and plenty of F&B) is another 1 min further down the road. You are right at the heart of CP where most FSs and NFSs just love hanging around. So do swing your smartphone when you are walking around and you might get lucky! Finally, getting a taxi basically is not a problem at any hour. They will always be cabs passing by and some private cars awaiting nearby.


What's not so great about CCH?
- There's only one mid-size lift between the G floor entrance to the hotel lobby and room on the 4th floor, so sometimes you just got to wait for a while. Secondly, you might be staying at the end of the corridor and there's only one official exit to get in or out to the hotel, so you got to walk a bit. The hotel is still new and rather discreet to many CP taxi drivers and most KTV MMs, so you might need to give some directions. The best way to overcome this issue is tell them the building next to Lion hotel since it is one of the oldest hotel in town. Finally, its outlook and setup probably not that impressive if you have some big shot guests coming along.


Conclusion about CCH
Overall, it's an ideal place for lone or small group cheongsters who just want a nice and centralized place to have CP fun. It's almost perfect for NFS hunters since all those interesting places (cinema, F&B, redbox-like KTV) are just nearby to spend some quality time together.

Latest Update New location Danshui

Firstly, I would like to introduce to all of you a new location called Danshui, not to be mistaken for another District in Taiwan called Tamsui. This is a rising town at Huiyang south of Huizhou in Guangdong province.

You can check out my previous post that includes a Map with a number of locations in China which many of you might have known, Danshui is at the south-eastern side of the map of.

After a lot of travelling and searching around as most of my wechat followers would have known, I have finally came to a conclusion that this is the most similar location to Changping in sense of activities and entertainment availability, dubbing this the new Adult Disneyland in China.

Travelling distance from Shenzhen Airport is similar to CP, about 1’s hour drive. From Hong Kong International Airport or Guangzhou it is about 2 hours.

Latest Update on Danshui

Here I would like to introduce to you the various Travel locations, leisure and entertainments you can find in Danshui. As comparison to CP’s (ChangPing) glory days, Danshui have largely evolved seemly to replace it. This place have become what I would term it the next adult Disneyland replacing CP.
There are various activities for Golfing Scenes, Seafood lover, Relaxing Massages, Shopping, Hakka Foods, Visiting Temples, West Lake, Hot Springs, KTVs, Sauna’s and many more.

First of all for those whom love golfing, there are numerous Golf Courses around these area and for those golfers you will have to give it a try to experience it.

For those who love Seafood, Danshui has various choices as town is located near the sea and is a seafood hunter’s paradise. You can choose them fresh and go to a nearby restaurant to enjoy it with your choice of preparations.

You can also find a lot of great Relaxing Massage here. Most of the Massage here is of those trained by specialist traditional massage teacher “Si Foo” and would say that it is really relaxing and refreshing, you will have to try it to experience this. I would comparatively say that massages here are much better than PZL in CP.

There are also various mall around Danshui, which can basically fulfill any shopper’s requirements.
Next we have the various food available here, if you have observed my previous post on food updates in Danshui and the varieties. Danshui is mostly Hakka people, hence you will get a larger variety of Hakka Food that is something you prefer or would love to try.

There also various Chinese Temples around Danshui Area, which you may want to visit for a change and capture some scenic adventure into china’s culture. Team Phillip do cater to personal and group tours to take you and your group around designed around your time.
There is also the well-known “West Lake” which is located in Huizhou, not to be confused with “West Lake” Hangzhou. Danshui is also known to have Hot Springs and hot springs resorts, for those whom have not and would like to experience it, this is a great place to experience it. Take a dip and relax here would definitely refresh you and prepare you for your next mission.

Latest Update Danshui for transports

First of all I would like to highlight on the transport services, which I do also provide for all the brothers whom engage in my services or just needed a safe and comfort transport to their destination.

Safety is our No.1 priority, together with comfort & punctuality which is also the motto for all my fleet of transports under Team Phillip.To ensure this we have our own fleet of cars & MPV which are fully licensed and insured. We do not use black-market vehicles or vehicles without proof of registration. All my drivers are personally screened by myself and not random non-registered drivers. This is to avoid unnecessary problems and issue that may arise, to uphold my motto.

Many regular bro whom have engaged in my services might have noticed some of my fixed and recognisable drivers and cars. I will also post my group in forum soon and also to you when picking you up, to ensure that you don’t have to wonder which car and driver is picking you up. This will ensure you are provided with a more comfort and safe environment to enjoy your trip. We have cases where some bro have accidentally left their valuables in the cars and we have help collected and returned to them, which you do not get from random transports. I will also sometimes provide a free upgrade from normal car to MPV without additional charges whenever available to provide a more comfort and pleasant journey, but this is depend on availability as MPV are limited.

As there is a number of ways you can get to and back from Danshui. You can opt for Train or Bus/Taxi (Public Transportation). To avoid getting lost or the inconvenience of finding the right directions, put your mind at ease and contact me and I will arrange a pick up right at your door steps, with our motto in mind which is safety, comfort and punctual, with my fleet of private drivers.

Based on my previous post, the map of GuangDong and duration of time to and from Danshui, please do plan and contact me early for arrangements to secure and ensure that you don’t be disappointed.
If you are faced with an emergency and or just need an immediate pickup? We can also dispatch our drivers to you, as long as you are within GuangDong area, give us a call and we will provide you a reliable transport within 30 minutes.

As just an advise, do be careful whenever you are offered a small discount (E.g. 10-30RMB less) by unknown drivers or arrangement by freelancing agents. These drivers might be slightly cheaper as they are non-licensed driver and unaccountable for their deeds. Example of issue I have encountered before are, these guys prefer to use non direct route to avoid the highway and as these cars and drivers has dodgy background which invites unnecessary police check and will cause you major delays or even miss your schedules.

For those whom are arranging their own transport, if you are engaging in normal taxi or any private transport, please do some take some time and research as to the standard tariffs on the routes you are taking. Do take in mind that petrol price in China are much more expensive than in Malaysia and Singapore, hence when someone offers you a cut-throat price it should immediately alert you that something fishy is going on.
