I ask already. She say have to pay condo rent, agent money and also living expenses so cannot drop the price. As if she is the only PRC paying for that...I give it a miss.

Biz at BMC dead since cluster in June then a month break.. yet swamped with WC requests.. hence giving it a shot at this rate..
