Nice photos of Nha Trang. I probably just hop to Mui Ne for a day trip and see the sand dunes... Enjoy the beaches! |

You can get some info from this website. http://www.hotels-in-vietnam.com/hot...trang_map.html The hotel that we stay is: Nha Trang Lodge @ 42 Tran phu Street, Nha Trang, NC 92860 Vietnam Good location, across is the beach and park. The hotel is clean and is about US$60 for single or twin sharing. There's also a Karaoke & Disco night club in the hotel. Things I like about this hotel are its location (near the beach, you can see the beach through the window), cleanliness (it's quite clean), food (the food is good), good service (you can feel very comfortable staying here). I don't have any dislike about this hotel. (Everything is OK) Flight to Nha trang from HCMC by Vietnam Air is about US$90 appx. Or you can go by train or buses. Not too sure about the fares. Cheers |

Re: Vietnam - HCM
Another romantic get away is Da Lat ( Similar to Genting Highland )
Getting there - Vietnam Airlines operates daily flights to/from Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), or traveling by road from Saigon is a leisurely four hour drive. Dalat is located approximately 308km northeast of Ho Chi Minh City. Da Lat the City of Eternal Spring, It is probably one of Vietnam's most well known vacation destination. Da Lat has been the vacation spot for well-to-do vietnamese and foreigners. It is the unofficial honeymoon mecca of Vietnam. It is 1500 m above sea level and is 305 km from Saigon. Da Lat has many homes built of wood much like the Swiss chalets found in the Alps. It also has many grand villas built by French officials during the early part of the century. Once called “Little Paris” by the French colonists who founded it, Da Lat is now known for its beautiful mountain scenery and delightfully cool mountain weather. Though not quite on par with Nha Trang or Ha Long Bay in terms of being a tourist destination, Da Lat has a lot to offer to those interesting in trekking, natural sights, and motorcycle trips. This is a great place to get to know Vietnam’s highlands. Da Lat is also famous for its many waterfalls and lakes, one of which is Ho Xuan Huong (Xuan Huong lake). The lake is also where many honeymooners come to visit and take photograph for beautiful memories. Xuan Huong lake is the most beautiful lake in Da Lat. beside the lakes there're also a few water falls in Da Lat. Prenn fall is located at the foot of Prenn pass and is about 10 km from Da Lat and Gougah fall is approximately 40 km from Da Lat. Da Lat enjoys favorable weather year round. During the winter months the average temperature in Da Lat is 10 degrees C. During the summer months the average temperature here is 18 degrees C. For golf lovers, Da lat have his own golf retreat called The Dalat Palace Golf Club. The clubhouse restaurant offers both superb Vietnamese and International cuisine. At 7,009 yards in length and par 72, Dalat Palace Golf Club is an enjoyable challenge for golfers of all levels. Low handicap players will be tested by a series of lakes, as well as the wide forgiving fairways. Cheers |

Bo,
I have been to Saigon quite a few times. Why are there so many Nigerians around? I heard from an American Viet Kieu that the Nigerians are everywhere in Nha Trang. Be careful with Africans. By the way, Im heading to Dalat and DaNang. |
