Of course NOT saying that these kind of things do not happen in Hong Kong, but as far as I know, not often. Especially with the walk-up gals and also the Hotel Walk-in/young buddies gals as they are well controlled by their "organization." These Organization are very well interested in making sure that things like what you describe do NOT happen as it would be bad for business. The same with those "yellow Board" brothels in Mongkok. On the other hand, besides these well controlled girls, there are of course Wanchai bar pick-ups, SSP street walkers etc who are generally not controlled and other independents, Wechat, QQ, Craig's list etc girls. For our enlightenment, I would appreciate if you can please elaborate on what happened to you? What kind of girl, how sourced, where you did it, and especially how the pimp got involved etc. Many thanks beforehand SEAJ |

Re: HK Happening
Hi bro I used 141 or 161. Sorry about lack of information. I should have known something was shifty when she said her friend was not busy and give me discount. Must have used her as distraction when I was in the shower. It was a great FJ but dampened when I noticed my wallet lighter - then I noticed that there was a couple of big guys buzzing at door and she said I had to leave when I asked where my money was. I did not want to get beat up over such small thing. I was probably stupid to get double but just take care and watch your stuff.
Btw they have on tv the camera vision of who is outside - she basically told me her friends were outside waiting and I could see them... I have many good experience before but this one put me off a bit. |

Presuming that you went to a Walk-up, gals operating in such walk-ups generally and routinely refuses to do "double-fly" (two girls and one client) as they operate under a very restricted definition of Hong Kong laws whereby Prostitution per se is NOT illegal. On the other hand, they are only allowed to operate as a "one lady one premise" worker and that if two girls are found in the same premise, they do get charged for organized prostitution. By the way, the term "141" means such a set-up as the Cantonese pronunciation of 141 resembles "one phoenix one (...premise)" SEAJ |

First thing to remember is that even though Hong Kong is now part of China, it is operated under one country two systems. Hong Kong Laws are totally different from Chinese laws. Hong Kong laws are based on English common laws and thus, as I mentioned previously, prostitution per se is NOT illegal in Hong Kong. Control on prostitution in Hong Kong mainly centers upon catching foreign and PRC WG's for illegal employment when their condition of stay in Hong Kong as a visitor does NOT allow them such employment. Then there are the laws against living off the proceeds of and against organized prostitution which proscribes the roles of pimps, agents, bordellos etc. This is the reason why Massage parlors etc in Hong Kong will even go as far as stating in their advertisements on sites like sex141 that they only offer non-sexual services; Yeah, right!! For the most part though, the clients in Hong Kong are NOT doing anything illegal when patronizing prostitutes; just don't go around propositioning too haphazardly coz you may just be propositioning an undercover cop....in which case you CAN get in trouble!! As to PRC laws, there is surprisingly a wide myriad of them even though in actual fact such laws had only started to be "promulgated" by their bunch of supposedly wise old men since 1949 when the communist party came into power. The problem in China is the Rule of law and the UNEVEN application of these laws to suit the occasion/purpose - whether its political, commercial, or even when it concerns the "face" of whoever yields the power to apply such laws. Second problem is that since Chinese laws are NOT based on Precedence - that since they are just "promulgated" - they are subject to arbitrary revisions, additions etc. In other words, when you're in China, you're best served if you keep your ears close to the ground and your eyes wide open! Note that on top of what I mention above, whilst there ARE hard and fast laws for and against a lot of things - equally, there ARE a lot of things/matters where no laws exist! Simply because the old men haven't actually come across a need for laws covering a particular subject matter!! And when there's such a grey area - well.... whoever has the power just invents a law....like the way they arbitrarily invent the wide variety of fees, tolls, tax, levies that they impose on "their subjects." As to the Beijing actor, I believe that he got locked up under a provision in the Chinese laws that allows detention for a period of up to 15 days without charges being laid or even sufficient cause or evidence. There is NO writ of habeas corpus in China! As I said, I am NOT any legal mind - and the above are mainly just what I think I understand!! I hope that they are useful for you. Re: HK Happening
There are several well known local forum web sites that you can check out for FRs, Sauna, Walk-ups, etc.
There's different types of joints to cater to different tastes, so it pays to do some research before heading out. There are pretty much saunas in the main areas, KOWLOON - TST, Jordan, Yaumatei, Mongkok, Prince Edward, Sham Shui Po; HONGKONG - Causeway Bay, Wan Chai, Sheung Wan, North Point. There's one popular "spot" at 109-113 Portland Street (Yaumatei MTR exit A, 2-3 minute walk). Has several joints in the one building - expect final bill around 600+ -700+ HKD for the 90 minutes. For the higher end ones like those in TST, be prepared to pay close to 1000 HKD for the usual 90 minute ride. The facilities and variety are usually much better here. As the locals say, don't be shy about your "preferences" otherwise it'll be like playing Russian Roulette - they can spot a foreigner a mile away, so trust me, you don't want to go down that road. |

Re: HK Happening
P.S. - Quite a few of the saunas have "buddy meal" system so if you have buddy(ies), it'll be more value for money.

Re: HK Happening
Thanks Bro SEAJ for the details.
For all Bros info w.r.t. PRC, my PRC friend insists that if one really wants to stay out of trouble at all costs (especially him as he is high profile guy), go to MACAU for fun. HK law, based on my research and conversations with local lawyers there, does not explicitly states that prostitution is legal like many EU countries. However, HK law states that soliciting is illegal. This is why HK does not have legalised prostitutes asking for biz in broad daylight. Hope more Bros can add-on to enlighten us. Thanks in advance. |

Re: HK Happening
For the most part, HK is very safe for the usual sauna, walk-ups (141), etc. type activities - definitely not like in China.
Most of the stuff is pretty open - take a walk through Mongkok/Yaumatei area in Kowloon, and you'll see all sorts of joints - saunas and walk-ups - with in-your-face ads all up and down the streets. The walk-ups (not the apartment walk up), more like Geylang, are known by the PINK neon signs. A lot of them are reviewed on go141 / man69. Occasionally, you do see the odd FL/street walker along these roads late at night too. Anyone heading to Hong Kong, and needing a basic heads up, just give me a PM. |
