Yup, it generally has many bule...but I do have my fair share of success there as well.....(any I did not pay bule price !)

Anyway, in my view, Tiga Puluh is especially good for those on short biz/working trips to JKT, unfamiliar to the city to be able to cheong discos, KTVs, etc, and do not speak Bahasa......ceweks there can speak English.....

when going on sudirman before Le Meridien hotel u turn left to casablanca and its just after the standard chartered building and lung moon restaurant
maybe 50-100m after turning from sudirman....

OK, first post, first FR, but after long lurking (some great info here that has been very useful when needing to tell out of town guests where to go)
