OKTs from L2062, L2033 (maybe also), L1651, L2060, etc. are paying their WL less than $80. By right $80 and $95 for PRC and Malaysian WLs respectively are fixed by AV. But I am not sure if it is enforced and regulated by AV. The above-mentioned shops will get themselves into trouble sooner or later if they don't follow this yardstick. If the WLs are unhappy, they can simply lodge a complaint to AV for unfair treatment by their OKTs. If found guilty, the shop concern will be suspended for operation for 3 months for first time offender. For subsequent offender, the type of punishment will be subject to AV discretion.

There is a fuck shop (L20**) here who rotates their WL on a regular basis inorder to get a cut of the share of the monies the WLs pay to their agent for coming to GL to work. In other words, they will bring in new batch of WL and kick the existing batch out. This is what I classify as under table deal which is a loop-hole the AV has not plugged todate.

Those WLs without houses can apply to join other houses but provided the OKTs of that houses they choose to join accept them. Good example like Amy and Qian Qian who were originally supposed to work in L1658A but were accepted by L1654A because L1658A boss lost his licence.

Brudder, CID does not in-charge of the GL prostitution affair. It should be handled by AV which is a subset of Police Department/Ministry of Home Affairs. AV also in-charge of H/C and KTV activities.

last time i read somewhere (here?) that WLs report to CID, not AV, for renewal of their yellow cards leh. in fact CID is supposed to be in charge of various types of business licenses one, if i'm wrong?

Haha... What a joke... But really heng sia. those hse you mentioned have not been supended or close for the past years. Those that got closed forever or temp. or suspended should pay below $80 to prevent themself from closing down.

Your boss, OKT Lorna is paying your WL below market rate at $72 per session even though AV's recommended rate is $80 for PRC WL! Other fuck shops pay their WL $80 per session. Your WLs have no choice as they have already paid a few thousand dollars to the agent to come here. If they choose to return, they will lose all their monies.

One day Lorna will get into trouble if the WL complain against her. Hence, don't be too happy and act arrogant here! We shall see who got the last laugh here!!
