Bro, they are seriously all over the place. Difficult to miss. Just look for these words 안마. They are usually in bright lighted signs. You'll probably need to explore the side roads, rather than the main roads, though.

Your only challenge is that they may not admit you if you are a non-Korean. Come to worse, just hop in a cab & tell the driver 'an-ma' or show him those words.

I stayed at COEX and just walked around the backstreets looking for a double barber shop red, white and blue turning beacon. Tried out the an ma near the Sinsa Station Exit 8 provided by another bro on this forum, directions are the same as previous.
