Its a totally different system.

in places like BS, DG and NSH the gals dont get a fixed salary, so the establishment dont have such a system. But the singers have a basic salary, which usually is tied to their quota.

this Hanging flower thing has been around for ages. In the past when companies employ performers, and the performers gets rich form tips and the company goes bust. so the Hanging flower system was devised to ensure that the performers do not take under table money and the company will get revenue.

The money you spend on flowers is actually shared among the performer and the establishment. depending on joint, the ratio is 50-50, 60-40, 70-30.
And each performer will usually have a quota to hit. If they do not hit their quota, their PVP will be terminated and they will have to return to where they came. So if you want the singer to keep performing you have to Support her by hanging flower.

Thus singers will usually hang around or be nice to those who can afford to hang alot of flowers, its afterall survival. And most singers do not go out with customers because if news gets around that they are easy, the flowers will stop.

hence the customers hang flowers for any one of the below reasons.
1) TO support their fav singer
2) TO show that they can afford it, these guys get super VIP treatment. And they can afford to spend 10K a nite (i wonder where they get their money from??)

anyway i dont usually hang flower i just hang around those who do. and thats the info i gather.

Give flower the money split 70 : 30 with the company, the girl get 70%. Is it better to give to the girl directly ?

Singer cant hit quota then her PVP will be terminated and she will have to leave singapore. thats why sometimes even if you pass the money to the gal directly she will hang flower for herself.

Oh ya.. recently been to Tips Corner. saw one singer which a bro commented would look like Gongli if she have larger boops. the singer name is called yingying.

The quota for the singers ranges from $6000 to $10000 per month. Meaning they have to hit at least $6000 of flower permonth. If they dun, their contract maybe terminated and they will be asked to go home. That is why most singers would prefer you to hang flowers instead of tipping them.

For some joint I know, the singers are asked to top up the shortfall from their own pocket if they do not hit the target.

Not that new......opened almost half year liao......2nd floor of New World Centre next to the hawker centre.....small joint small stage but singers not bad

no need mummy number one lah. just walk up to the joint. and say either you want to sit hall or room.

if room they have viet, thai and prc (but not alot)
if hall they have singer.

beer is resonable. last time i went i think 28 a jug.

as for room... dont know the rates but my friend who always does the paying say cheaper than k-box.

It all depends on luck. Have seen singers laughing all the way to the bank. Had also seen singers struggling with the quotas.

true true....

in all my years in these joints have seen ugly singers with bad singing get like 60K a month flower while those nice looking and good singing ones struggle just for the quota. damn political if you ask me.

and then there are the joints that give impossible quota. know of this small joint that do not have customer set 10K a month target for the singers and the split is 50-50... hahaha.. its a wonder its still surviving.

I would suggest all flower hanging bros to avoid this joint. its called "hua chen siang" at middle road. they management will waste your liquer and get you to open as many bottle as possible and then when u r abit high get you to hang flower for all the gals. feel damn robert in this joint. and when my and my bros refuse the management dare to come and say.. "no money dont come our joint lah"

Wha kaoz.. try to cheat, cannot cheat and the singers all CMI sommore dare to say that kind of words.

Everyday I sit at the bar drinking, see the singers also felt pity for them. All human but different fate.

Hua Cheng Siang is not recommended for bros who want to hang flowers. First the beer is a bit expensive, at $35++ i think. Second the singers all cannot make it one. I went there once and only saw one singer to my liking. And that singer now in other place. Somemore the mummy like cant wait to finish your beer for you. I did encounter its management forcing of hang flower maybe becos I name them the places I been to before and they know I not the carrot type lor. Anyway, I dun recommend this place.

If bros looking for good singers can try Goodluck, 21 Century, Pebbles, Hong Kong Palace (at Aliwal street). Another place call no name, with very small hall and limited singers. The painist is good, quite good looking too.

Also tips cornor, the GongLi lookalike is not bad too.

she is fun lor. the other day went back was playing pool then she was wearing this low blouse gown... wha kaoz.. can see half ball when she bend down to take a shot. white white... and i could imagine its soft soft. then ask her tie up her hair. really look like gong li.

only problem is if you want her to sit with you have to specificaly state you want her. or else the mummy wont push her to you. something wrong with their internal politics.

and best thing is my table only hang 50 and she was just as happy. could you imagine its like 4 guys tipping 50 only (we were on budget). but then no raba raba. just sit down chit chat, play pool and get her to sing our fav songs. one of which is a hokkien song requested by my friend and she dont really know it and pronounce a few words wongly. made my friend laugh until tummy pain.
