I heard something similar from a WL on level 4. Apparently a guy followed one of the WLs into the 3rd floor ladies toilet and filmed her and the video went viral. Somehow the WL involved got hold of the video and remember which night it was so she pulled up her shop CCTV footage as that guy spoke to her at her shop and made a police report. The building CCTV also caught the guy entering and leaving the ladies toilet and his movement along the corridor with his face clearly shown.

This is now the hot topic there, seems that guy is often seen in the building and his picture had been passed around for the WLs there to keep a look out for him.

News of this incident had already spread beyond Fortune Centre. I went Orchard Towers earlier to visit Lisa and she told me about it. She gave me a brief look at the CCTV pics. Guessing the gals in OT also on the lookout for this guy.
