Some bars already started this arrangement. Night Move is one of them.
Some months back a bro took a cute girl ST for 1500 agreed 6 hours.
After 1 shot within 2 hours the girl left. Paid to girl directly.

So its better to negotiate properly like 6 hour 2 shot 1500p but if u stay 2 hour 1 shot 1000p ..something like that, if not may kenna carrotheaded on the timings or shots.

No any one bar is safe from the raids but there is one very significant difference with the new system as evidenced by the raid on Night Moves. In this raid, not a single bona fide bar staff was arrested. The manager, cashier, bartender, waitresses were all left alone by the raiding team. Only the girls who are not part of the bar setup were brought back to San Fernando. The regular girls who had valid City Hall documents were also not detained.

This is definitely a positive for the Bars now as long as they toe the line and not be involve in the "trafficking" of the girls, the understanding is that the CIDG will leave them alone. If you must know, collecting barfines from Johns do not cover the costs of reimbursing the raiding parties, so bars would rather do away with them and save millions of pesos from "fines" to secure the release of their staff.

The Winds of Change are here so we all have to adapt to it. This looks like the way it will go in AC as more bar owners see the benefit of this system.

But sometimes the girl won’t go to work that nite cause what she gets paid from u more than covers the fine she has to pay the bar for missing work. This assumes, of course, that she didn’t get BFd the nite before!

That's not true anymore. No clubs or bars want to be associated or linked to barfines now in this present situation. In the scenario that you mentioned, all it takes is for an unhappy girl to go to the authorities and the bar would be in serious trouble.

What would be the more likely scenario if the girl does not turn up for work the next day is probably she will not get her salary for that particular day and have her weekly bonus forfeited (most bars have a system where the girls earn a bonus based on the number of LDs chalked up for the week). And if they live in company provided lodgings, then rental is charged for the day they were absent from work. So if the girl is popular and has racked up a large amount of LDs and live in lodgings, then by being absent from work would mean she loses quite a substantial amount of pesos.
