My biggest problem is how I am going to explain to the company why I am going there. If I were to go to Bandung, it is business trip... LOL. BTW, Bandung is not that much more expensive. Usually Rp 1.5jt-2jt for LT. At times, FOC depend on chemistry.

Go from Batam. But a hassle.
The expenses in bandung confirm higher than in balai.
I went Sukabumi few times, the LJ hotel and ktv drinks is not cheap.
Sukabumi should be under bandung.
May be I am wrong.
I wonder how the people there can afford.
To my standard is really too expensive consider the location.

Don't flame me senior in this thread.. I am just giving an insight after cheonging Bandung for so many years compare to Balai. From what I read in the thread, the average spending for 2d1n in about Rp 5jt inclusive of the gal without the KTV session.

Granted people might think Bandung being a metropolitan city might command higher standard and thus higher expenses but that is not entirely true. For example, if you plan ahead, you can take Air Asia which has 3 flights a day for cheap. You can get a hotel room with much better standard for about Rp 400-500k. As for cewek, you can go for Saritem for cheap (for detail pricing, please refer to Bandung thread quoted by Bro Cigocigo as he is a local there) or KTV gal for Rp 1jt ST or Rp 1.5jt for LT. Food is rather cheap in bandung and you can have Rp 40-60k a meal in mall's food court or Rp 150-200k in good cafe. You can go everywhere in Bandung by taxi.

The advantage of Bandung is as follow:

1. Beside bonking and having fun, there are many sight seeing scenery
2. Many factory outlet with good quality.
3. Nice weather (because of elevation.)
4. Many Disco and spa that provide extra.
5. Can KC local sales gals in the mall when you have time.
6. Bandung is famous of culinary. Many good cafe and local foods.

So you can do the math if you were to stay 2d1n...

The negative side of Bandung:

1. You can't go for 5 shots in LT.... The most is 3 shots.

Hi guys, i have nv been much to the indonesian islands so here i am seekibg advice and opinions. I am planning a solo trip so I got to convince my wife its a 'clean' place. I see Balai seems to be an island with beach resorts and stuff if i am right? Where is the night life areas in balai so i can google map and plan my trip? I saw that Bandung is much further away so I dont think that is in my options. The best will be a place accesible by ferry accept Batam. Batam girls in my opinion tend to command a higher price with lower standards of service.

Balai seems not very frequented by tourist so it might still be a good place to chill and have fun? I dont mind ktv and pubs or discos as long the place allows me to get some hanky panky going on. The best is the girls are willing to play too so there is more interaction. Look forward with thanks for any advice seniors here can offer me

It's an island famous for ceweks since long time ago.
For myself I would only mention I go Batam.
Balai has been frequented by tons of people since long time ago.
Only recent few years quiet down.
I heard during peak time, one day got many trips of ferries going.
Pl correct me if I am wrong.
So my advice is to refrain using travelling to balai.

I tend to disagree on this, Batam I feel has always a smellier name than balai. Even the locals has a song about it. and the ceweks at balai are not worried about telling their family they work in balai than in batam as batam name has been on the tv for many times. well, its my opinion only.

Google balai give a clean healthy tourist result.. but if ur wife knows your pattern n google balai girl.. it become a dirty place.. lol

N i believe 80 to 90% if u say go batam with guys its quite obvious they know wat u r doing there.. lol
