I don't think its on the top floor of Batam City Hotel.

I am not a Batam KTV person...however here's the info I collected regarding it. Batam City Hotel ,Grand Dragon Pub and KTV...2nd block of the other side of the hotel where New Spa is located. If I don't remember wrong it should be 2nd or 3rd floor of that same block and NOT the block where guest's room were situated.

Below the packages,liquor and some drinks pricing as of Feb 2017.

Again if I don't remember wrong ,every 5 million rupiah spent,you kind of get some $$$ voucher to come back again to offset for the their liquor (I don't know if they change that,some months back its a 50% off liquor price voucher). Room is free if you spend up to a certain amount there (just like M1,M2,Billiard Center KTV and Alishan).

Concept should be similar with the rest of the other KTVs in Batam. And as for pricing of the other KTV, you may wish need to look into this thread (or the old one). The price variances of different KTVs in Batam is around 20% apart (200k/250k/300k) when it comes to 'butterfly girls' sitting fee (girls don't butterfly around in Batam KTV room).
