Siao ah. HDB returns would be more concrete than CPF ERS. CPF is a legit ponzi scheme. It relies on having more contributors than withdrawals since majority of it is invested into ultra long dated gov bonds. With the aging and declining Singapore population, how do you think that would work out? Why do you think retirement and withdrawal age is being pushed back. Don't believe in compromising in any relationship. Don't believe that things will work out as time past. When things are not right from the start, it will just go worse as time passed. Invest in yourself, listen to yourself. There may be time that you will feel lonely, or envious of the couples you see in the streets, but these are just very brief moments of a whole relationship. I wish I never learnt what mental health is. It's kinda crappy trying to do the right thing when everyone around you is messing up.

It's actually okay to mess up if you are young. It is expected. Easily forgiven. Better to fuck around ( don't get anyone pregnant plz ) and then later "redeem" yourself, say that you have changed for the better.

Don't learn what emotional regulation is. Be genuine and go crazy when young. Use experience to learn control instead of textbook.

1) No such thing as female best friend, if you want to fk the girl but she already draw the line, don't be listening ear and try to farm your way through, not worth.

2) If you want to marry early and have kids then be mentally prepared and say good bye to the sex but can start say hello to FL's and Geylang

3) When you are choosing insurance agent (how fast they reply you is the most important) doesn't matter if agent is friend / chio bu or family member

4) If want to date foreigner must remember that end game challenge is culture difference. Don't end up marry already then start comparing with your local friends with mutual culture understanding

5) Some might find cute when dating that time girl is fierce / petty / fussy but after married liao, the cat becomes a tiger and you must be mentally ready to tahan all the way.

6) Hum Sup Diu / KTV, spend within your means. Don't get gong tao by them and commit to the pointless relationship. They are farming enough money to fly back for a better life. Not all will want to settle down with a guy they know who visits such places.

7) Transparency with yourself in the mirror will do. No need to be transparent with your girlfriend / wife, it backfires silently or long term slowly burn back on you.

8) Don't blindly follow friends and invest, do your own research and figure out what is your long term plan. Cash out early vs Keep there long term

9) Family first, Girl second. Don't wait until mother & father die already then mentally depressed / regret

10) Too much porn kills, set a limit, don't end up suffering during sex. Most of the Girls will never match what a porn star can do.
