yah. she and her friends like to drink.. but she rarely clubs. she comes from a broken family. her mum passed away she was 9. her dad left the family to be with another woman. she is staying with her grandma.

materialistic wise.. she is not. recently she went to HK and she was short of $. So i transferred sg$150 via internet banking so that she can buy her favourite toy at hong kong. when we broke, she returned me that money. i didnt want to accept it as i said i told her its for her. but she was insistent that i take it.

You have onegina, a very bad case of it. She left you, move on..
There is a reason for everything that happens..

If you want someone to love you, open your heart to them..
If you want someone to be obsessed with you, close your heart to them..

If you still insist, based on the above, you may try this...

Stay away from her for a month and give her a call and see how she responds..
Always say that you are fine and just saw something of hers or something that reminded you of her and decided to call her to say hi..

It does not matter what she says but just send her the message that you are doing fine and have met a girl recently but are being careful because she is just too damn good for you that you can't believe your luck.. don't go into too much detail.
Also tell her that you got accepted, as an intern, to some big firm and have been given this huge break and give her the impression that money is flowing in..

Lastly, stop abruptly(best when she is in the middle of saying something) and say you have to rush off cos the other girl just smsed you.. but don't forget to tell her to call you to arrange a meet up, if she has the time, and say it would be nice to catch up on stuff..

Now, all you have to do is wait.. if nothing happens within the week, please give up on her... She has moved on and so should you.

Thanks to all bros for the many advices. Appreciate them greatly.

I think this is what I will do.

We broke up on the 9th of May. So I will just wait it out till the end of the month of May before I drop her a sms and ask her out for a meal. From now till then I will not contact her in any ways.

In the meanwhile, i will just perform the following activities while waiting for my sch to reopen on august..

1) learn driving
2) start studying for next sem modules
3) play diablo 3
4) gyms and running
5) clearing up my room
6) reading up more about attracting girls and picking up girls
7) hanging out more with my friends
8) visiting my dentist every week for treatment

a whole lot of activities.. to keep me occupied.

I want to see if from now till the end of the month.. whether my ex thinks of me and whether she takes the effort to contact me.

but judging for her status updates in her facebook.. she is posting her daily stuff on facebook and seems to be cheerful and her normal self. as though she has move on.
