I really hope it's a one off thing too. I questioned her last night when I finally got back. After much probing she finally admitted to me they indeed had sex that night. If you are thinking like this now, next time you will wonder if the baby is really yours when she is pregnant. Sure a dna test can prove if the baby is yours but during the 9 months of pregnancy, your mind will keep wondering if the baby is really yours.

Why don't you throw a similar situation back at her? Say your ex-gf wants you to go to her place to catch up. See how she reacts. Then come back and say you had sex with ex-gf, wait 30 mins then say you only cook up the story to make her horny. How do you think she will react?
