Sure visa thing dont stopped ppl but the temporary banning of KTV, Massage parlour and etc operation will sure kill off many regular to enjoy there.

there was some controls in the early stage during the implementation of the visa and nothing serious ..
a wk later .. almost everything was back to normal ...
read abt the CA/CP/ZH threads and u'll know what's happening ...

many regulars have been making trips to PRC even with visa in place ...
almost every wks .. there's a party going on ...

Agreed, only during the first week or so are they more on the ball but later on it is back to normal.

Thanks all the Bros that have share their advices and suggestion on this current PRC Visa issue.

I think I will just call my Travel Agent first before go down to apply PRC Visa with 2 weeks in advance...better safe than sorry...

China Visa –Make sure check with your agent for you passport after 5 working days.

I send in my passport for China Visa application on 01 SEP( Dept 15)one of the Tour agent S$40.00 Chian town point for five normal working days. Guess what when I call them on Mondays they can told me very sorry Sir misplace my photo copy of IC ask me to scan to them (what is I don’t call and check what would happen sigh).China embassy only accepts submissions on morning and collections in the afternoon and Urgent is 2 days) when I start barking at them ……finally get my passport yesterdays 11Sep. Hope they will resume the visa waiver programmed ASAP.

My travel agent did not ask me for photo copy of IC. Thought submitting passport is good enough?

It took 10 working days for this travel agent to do your visa. Tell us what travel agent this is so we can boycott them!

that's right ... only submission of passport, passport size photo, application form and air tkt + hotel booking ... NO PHOTOCOPY IC NEEDED ...

My travel agent only require to have my photo, passport and air tickets booking. The rest they settle. S$40 for single entry. S$55 for double entry. Of course I opt for the double entry and got approved on first application. PRC government welcome me huh? Haha. Heard many bros unable to get double entry visas.

Without hotel booking may cost S$5 more. That's why in my case I was charged S$40. Your lobang from bonk88 right?

Yup very Lousy (Is one of the Big agent which local all around SIN N the MM service me is from SHA and very pretty)do not understand why they need I.C also,BTW when i send in she did ask for photocopy my i.C.

applied visa at the china embassy @ tanglin road
cost $25 for single entry , double entry is $35 ..
was there on monday, got it on thur .. for 2 processing day additional $30
be there before 1130am ..no entry after that.
collection before 12noon
