saw a nice 1 room unit, new home appliances, everything i need provided. offering me at 1700rmb. the apt only 3 mths only, nobody stay before yet. if i cannot rent here in gz, i will head to xm and rent this.

i also say a 2 rm unit above this one rm unit. nice too and offering at 2000rmb. also everything provided. that why looking for co-habit.

Stay in Xiamen better.... trust me. GZ too crowded.... if u need to look for a better place in Xiamen just inform me, I will get my friend to help.

i also like xm. but when talk about eating, gz still the best. another problem to me is xm too far away from hk. i m still deciding.

Where far... take a plane less than an hour. Xiamen also a lot of things to eat. Fujian is a nice place...

interestingly when i go xm, i always go for tea than beer.

plane of course fast lah. but including time traveling to and fro from airport. and money no enough. plane not economical.

in gz, take train cross border, so chop chop and economical.

i also like fujian mm than gz mm

Bro Banana you sure or not?? Want to share apt?? I mean if you really want I don't mind cos in this way cheaper plus got kaki also. Another thing is that I will be here for quite some time so renting a place in Xiamen is a good idea for me instead of spending so much on hotel room all the time. Tell you what when you come down to Xiamen we arrange to meet up and then we can discuss lor. You give me a call whenever lah!!

i m considering to bunk with u if u provide ass rim to me.

i will be in china, half year in the south and another half yr in the north.

i m in gz for quite sometime and seen many units for rental but none i like it. i saw the one i like but is in xm. i also like one 2 room unit but converted to 3 rm. this room not bad but more for family than 2 singles always bring gals back. the rental is 2000rmb. if we share plus maintenance, i think max we pay 1500rmb/mth plus upper class status quo, new unit - nobody stay before.

and may be we can exchange our gals weekly or do 4some... or when u not in i can have 3some.

bro necro, i will call the agent next week to arrange appt. u go and take a look ok? bcos is a new building, i think the interior renovation will be ok by next week
