Depends on how many years you been married. The longer the worse cos the fucking familee cock judge will normally take into consideration non monetary contribution that your wife inputted into the marriage.

Maybe i should start such a website and a forum and have people sign up as
members and everyone just try to help out each other in advice and hopefully
have enough members to ensure the state takes notice of us as a powerful
voting force

it depends on how you want to divorce her and whether the other party puts up a fight, and whether you're fighting to keep your assets or prepared to lose it all... if simply separation, $500-$1000

Big name lawyer charge you minimum 5K.

I am already divorced which was finalized last year but still pending settlement on ancillary matters related to assets n children. Yesterday I discovered a hidden GPS tracker under my car (owned by me) which was planted by a PI hired by my ex wife. I made a police report under intentional harassment and the tracker with the SIM card returned to me. Can any bros here advise me what I should now do or can do legally? I understand my ex wife has admitted to the police who called her up that she hired the PI. Can I sue the PI? Not sure if it even matter. Hope to receive your comments. Thanks in advance.

If your ancillary matters are still not yet settled, your divorce is NOT finalized yet. What you have is an interim divorce and not the full decree nisi.

Hi sandman. All is not lost. I came across a divorce court case in the Straits Times a few years ago. A stay-at-home Singaporean husband was awarded 30% of the matrimonial assets when he was divorced from his wife.
