brief procedure as follows:
1) to setup a society or members only club OR cooperative with a certain amount of shares...
2) elect a council or board to manage this society/cooperative..
3) board to work with an organisation to setup the PUB...
4) appoint a GM or manager to run the PUB...

Alot of details in between have to be worked out...

Renovation, furniture, sound systems, rental or buy that area, will make u wah a few times.

M51 is earning the most money yes ... but taking the fact that its 2 units of shop plus 2nd floor ... V2 one unit and one floor ... m51 mthly gross abt 100k plus v2 mthly gross abt 80-90k so think again should give which pub the run for money ???

I was at mask 51 yesterday at level 2. Surprisingly that the customers were more than i thought to be.

Atmosphere wise still considered not bad. Nice place to relax on sunday. Saw quite a few pretty SYTs coming up from level 1. Still not that difficult to get a table on sunday.

Not difficult to get table upstair. But difficult to get table downstair.
KNS. Heard that they ask for minimum order of certian amount of jugs so that they will reserve table.

If got better place to cheong and tackle vn syt, i will switch place.

I can get a table below but my friend and i wish to sing KTV above. For sunday, still quite easy to get a table be it level 1 or 2.

I ask the waitress and she told me the customers are much more on friday and saturday compared to sunday. I told her i also aware of that. Anyway it was not the first time that i went to mask 51.

I agree with you that now got certain amount of minimum order for jugs before they will release a table to you or to let you reserve for a table on fri and sat. True enough.

In biz there is no such rule to say u didnt reach the min spending quota, u cant spend here or i dun serve u

But their biz is too good, therefore they yaya
