skokka/locanto need to filter like reverse image search etc, even this may fail as it takes time for search engine to update new pictures.

read some post, here is some views/updates

1) medical tourist - you need to have a condition that you have treated and will continue need treatment in thai that is not so commonly available in sg. this requires a lot of prior work before the covid, (heck nobody will go doctor say have problem X so can in future use this as an reason to go thai again under pre-covid period, unless you have a crystal ball and foresaw covid or REALLY have problem X). otherwise the embassy will reject your application, ask you go SGH see doctor and tears up everything.

2) special tourist visa - this is as i said before a total rip-off. you need to pay everything that a shorter term visit would need PLUS pre-paid the accommodation for the next 90 days. (or 280 days if you want to do the max stay). So far nobody got in yet with this method.

3) the thai girls i know mostly went back to their hometown to work (same line or other lines that virtually end with happy ending) and is cheaper. But lo-and-behold i found some of them working in malaysia just yesterday. Didn't ask how they got there but KL still have thai girls somehow and is not the cui body type. Her body is like Libby, who came to SG shores before.

4)pattaya is pretty dead. The girls who are there are either local (pattaya is not just 2-3 soi big, though all action/focus is just those few soi) or too out of shape to get business back in their hometown.

5)going thai is not viable for most people, unless you can take the 14D quarantine to and back SG. the sunk-in cost is high, so unless you staying there for a few quarters, imho its not worth it.

6)if one doesn't need to work and is financially free, its not hard to go overseas even in this period with various restrictions. but pre-covid period leg work must be done to have contacts there. example, knowing a local thai person, one would have the ability now to become an employee or a business owner.

7)one must remember the thai embassy in sg, culture is THAI. its the same as visiting sg embassy in thailand where they have relaxed culture and random flexibility yet for this case they have SG strict rules and go by book, because the people processing your application for whatever is headed by a main SG guy from MFA, staffed by local thais. thus the reverse is true for a THAI embassay in sg. knowing this opens up a lot of opportunities to travel there in this period.
