i don't like waiting more than 5 min maybe 10min max....but the OKT sometime damn chee bye one....20min say only need to wait 10min...wtf sometime 20min i told him ok i go and walk 20min come back , then he say customer extend... or already taken by another customer....wtf

also i don't like to be seen waiting there....skali see familiar faces... i usually stand quite far away...when ready the okt will wave to me

I agree some will tell u shorter time so u will take the gal mah.. every min the gal not working is a lost to them

If they say 20min they expect u to be back at least 5min before... That is what one okt told me before
