Wah brother, say so mah...i search search till balls dropped...
there are many sites you can upload to. My usual one is ugotfile.com, megaupload.com, etc...you can upload the entire file but if is too big, you can break them into smaller ones and upload.
You can use HJsplit to split them, web : http://www.freebyte.com/hjsplit/. The file will be break into ext of .001, .002, .003, etc. Eg if your file is 450M, you can break them into 100M each with 5 files, ie Tracy.001, Tracy.002, Tracy.003, Tracy.004 and Tracy.005 with the last one containing only 50M.
Bros can then download them and rejoin them into a video file.

sorry guys, i have been missing out all your post coz been very busy. glad to see all are good and also new member are in to have more pictures n videos to share.
