Hire 1 Singapore programmer = 2 Indian programmers. The government wants to be "competitive" but never protect certain jobs for Singaporeans. How many bros here have been fired because they become too expensive to be hired? If one day your boss ask you to accept only half of your current salary because he can hire a foreigner at that price. Will you do it? This is not a matter of being choosey hor.
