What I saw was only budget hotels raided.
What about high class prostitutes in high class hotels?
Different treatment?

It all about connection and image. Won't look if they were to raid a 5 star hotels that is normally patronize by westerners..and ever wonder why places like high end KTV like TAM and such never get raided before...its an open secret that many PRC SYT works there and practically all of them are on a student pass.

The av most likely will not raid 5 star hotel. i know some local fl who operates from there.

However, they do raid TAM. I was there last year on a friday night. The av team comes in several van and the prc gals flee immediately.
We saved up on the tips that night..

The trick to knowing when a raid is coming is to take a look at the other clientele there...... you should be able to recognise some senior ranking police officers as the rich businessmen who frequent these places always like to bring along these policemen without fail....... if they go missing that night then the chances of a raid is very high...... but if they are enjoying themselves then you will be safe for that night.
