Hip thrusters are the best workout. Plus during sexercise you will lose track of how many reps or sets your doing cause sex is your motivation

Sat - 4 hours dancing
Monday - 3 x 5 incline barbell bench 55kg 2 X 6 lat pull down 60kg 1 x 6 seated press 40lbs 1 x 5 bench rows 75lbs 1 x 5 seated rows 60 kg Have a bad case of tonsilitis, cough syrup makes me float in the air.. but getting alot of sleep to recover.. Still eating solids, pain like fuck but dont give a shit.
