bro, indeed, our food consumption plays a part in our byproducts. as u've shared... for taste for the gal's CIM.

but i recall reading somewhere that cranberry is good for cleansing the urinary track.

anyways, faster army recovery; protein & iron+zinc
- protein: soya milk/ tofu/ white low fat meat/ tuna (+omega 3)/ salmon, eggs, oyster (good stuff!!)... etc
- iron: liver and/or spinach
- zinc: more commonly found in shellfishes (was told that 'seahum' serves as aphrodisiac too)

to go the extra mile; isotonic fluids works for me...

there've been much written in magazines and all. seems to me, sex is a good reason for us to maintain a healthy balanced diet & lifestyle. sports for conditioning the muscles for the sexrobical activities. the healthy diet to ensure we're a healthier/faster reload of army.

by the way, i've also been told that the viscosity of our semenal discharge is also indication of our water intake level. dunno how true, can anyone verify?

That's the recipe I had too but a bit different. "FRESH" milk (those delivery type) blend with almonds PLUS honey. Result is good but I gained about 5 kg in a month (I drank everyday). So I switch to Vitamin C + Zinc.

just to sideline a little, they say herbs/seasoning like coriander/ parsleys... helps with the rod stiffening. so for those who aspire to be rock solid, might wanna consider giving it a go. for me, i simply go for the all-in-one... spice seasoning i.e.: kumin, tumeric... etc. for sure there's plenty of good herbs & spices to bolster the rocket.

pepper & other spicy stuff gets the blood system going (raises metablizm & facilitates recovery), so its supposed to be good for the blood rush too. then again, might wanna consume with moderation. wouldnt wanna be miscueing the nuke while in the thick of action - would go downas the greatest anti-climax in the history of mankind)

to avoid spunky wierd taste for the semenal flavoring, be advised to abstain from red meat in the diet.

Lazy to do additional shopping, i just try to make do with whatever that is in the hse. After looking around, I started drinking Anlene milk + HL milk + a bottle of Tian Qi pills. After a few days of consumption, i sensed some positive impact on erection.

Haha.. i also scare of side effects.. only eat 1 pill per day, much lesser than the recommended dosage. But thks for the reminder bro..

come to think of it, potent medication is best taken only when u have a deficiancy. if u rely on supplements too early/too much, your biological system may soon cease to fuction to the best of its default capacity.

you wont see the side effects for now, but when age starts taking its toll. u'd realise u need stronger dosage.

safest bet, just eat the right stuff, observe your lifestyle, do a little sports to condition the muscles in the right areas i.e.: upper & lower torso & limbs...
