I think if she is willing to give up her marriage, something is wrong. She could be too emotionally attached to you. This could ruined the guy's marriage as well. It is better to cut off before everything is too late.

If both are willing to give up their marriage.. Then what if this cycle happens again after they got together?

its the same what.. If a married guy can have a gf... that means even though having that gf, he can still have another gf. That means 3 girls at the same time!
