Not most hotels. According to the law, all hotels are not allowed to have an unmarried couple in the room after 9pm. Some hotels choose to close one eye to this and allow you to bring the girl up to the room. HOwever some hotels take advantage of this to force you to open another room or make you give them extra money.

Both are equally exceptable. It would be better to chage enough at the airport so that you have money to get from the airport to the hotel and you can change more in the city. Rates are always better if you change in the city.

Then if you want to get the ger and can bring her up than what are you going to do? it is not a good idea to ask the ger to bring you to another hotel because this gives them an opportunity to steal money or force you into giving them more money. I am not saying all girls will do this but there have been few instances that I know of that has happened.

Somehow I find the rates to be better when changing in the goldsmith shops in the city. Or there are better lobangs?

have...but then the amounts I change are not worth the hassle. the amount I save is not even enough to cover pertrol so usually dont bother

The rate from Asia Commercial Bank, ACB, is not bad.

As for Call back card, some services by C3call is not bad. I am using Pfingo service from starhub. Cheapest U can find to call back from HCM to SG at SGD0.01 per minute. As for contacting my BX, I hook up internet in her hse and I can call her at SG rate b'cos pfingo give u a local number starting with 3 .

U can also get a Mobile phone with any VOIP functions to access to the many free WIFI offered by the many Coffee shops.

1) I have booked Spring Hotel from Internet. Is it a good location and how is it? I need to know urgently as the Hotel required me to confirm my booking, if not they going to cancel my booking.

2) Any good Chinese restuarant to recommend?

3) How about the local foods/dishes?

4) Where is the most happening joints that I can visit.

5) If we want to book a girl, are we able to bargain with them?

HCMC is basically a safe city, at least I did not see any GUNs for my past 18 months.

Prices of KTV and prices of OKT are posted by many brothers here as recent as 1 week ago. please check it out.

For houses, many brothers are staying in apartments with a rental of USD500 to USD700 per month mostly fully furnished. I am staying in a landed house 4 storeys high with 4 bed rooms for VND5 million (USD1 :VND16,000).
Of course there are some high end service apartment like somerset that cost USD3000 approx. per month.

Went to Mai Vy Saloon at Thu Khoa Huan. (Very near the hotel i m staying) Was assigned a young gal n her name is Bang.
Shampoo plus massage plus ear cleaning cost 110k dong. Tips bang 100k for her gd service.
