Yup tot of that before and can leverage higher also....but one of the key tenets of investing is to know what you are going into and sad to say my knowledge of the market next door is lacking....maybe IK can la....his knowledge is simply amazing one....

I went to take a look at the atrium...it is similar to orential and pan pac concept....seems like a chill out place....can only listen to piano....I actually prefer conrad with the huge projector screen....can watch soccer or F1...and envy everything a aston martin and ferrari drives past....hehe

i think they shld not interfere with the free market esp the private sector....what they should do is to ensure a steady supply of public housing that is affordable...they screwed up and cause such high COVs and these people are buying and investing into private properties because they had made alot of money from their hdb flats....maybe of them are also renting it out at yields of 8% while staying in public properties....as usual they wait till they screw up then try to rectify...then when bubble burst they will reverse everything again...

Buying propert in next door eyes must open big big cos u can read from papers, always having problem....mainly must check also check for security , especially if u buying private proprty.
