Import tax chor wor... more than 17%... In CP, we pay RMB800 for one full set of bedwarmers that you can use for more than 10 hours. But in Shanghai, that price you wont even get your toes warm. I think at least 100% more for the import tax in Shanghai. Maybe they are adopting the COE system in Shanghai..

This weekend checking the stocks in Suzhou. Hopefully there are some difference in the pricing.

can lah, in Shanghai, 800 RMB, u can still get warm bed, but not yr own bed! U warm others' bed! Duration the bed is warmed depends on "class".

For that price u pay in CP, Shanghai's lowest price in same class is almost 100% more, heehee

Though I'm not familiar wif tax rate in Suzhou, but in my impression, the tax rate is lower, quality seem better too!

Brother, why not you import the bedwarmers from CP yourself. You can save a lot of money. Or you want me to help you import? from CP, SZ, or HK also can....sure cheaper than thsoe in Shanghai.....leasing or freehold is possible...

In fact, I was told that the anticipation for this Winter will be the coldest thru-out Shanghai's last 18 years....lowest temp might hit a low of -10 deg..and it'll snow too!
So a word of caution to all fellow bros living here as well as those bros coming over duing Winter, do exercise more warm clothes protections.
Even for now, some parts of China (i.e.Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia areas) are already snowing at -2 deg..as we speaks.
