In Singapore, most big Thai temple don't do sak Yan. If u really want a good one u try this amulet shop chokdee amulet at Jalan sultan , the address u can find them on FB. When they have good master come to Singapore they can inform u.

You can get in sg why waste money just to go thailand to do it..but if you have other agenda, and if you prefer chiangmai, can go to the temple of LP Thuad in Chaingmai, the biggest standing LP thuad the monk wearing spec full body sak yant is a not bad one...hear from it..i didnt do it myself though...
the 9 lines he do is nice...can search the temple n get the address via google search...but driving up the mountain is not so easy...not very hard too ...5555..just be careful
