Sunway has specials but only HJ. They have a tall cambodian manager at the counter who can make the neccesary arrangements. Just tell him u want a pretty gal and he will know wat to do. Haven't been there for 3 months though. So things might have changed.

As for Master Kang, yup no specials there. I have been out a few times with one of the gals there though. She's gone back to China already.

For special massage, you could go to the massage at holiday hotel. It is located near the swimming pool. Quite a few viet gals over there. One thing to note though is that generally u will not get the best of both worlds. Sometimes, u dun even get the best of any world. Thus, if u really want a great massage and special as well, its gonna be quite a toughie to find.

Phnom Penh clubbing and mongering scene are relatively small by the standard of most Asian cities.
you claimed you didn;t go to any of those places but there really aren;t that many places in Phnom Penh. bars and hostess clubs are for white guys, which are what you mentioned in your first post, while KTVs are mostly frequented by locals and Asians and beer gardens frequented by locals.

Just got back from PP, went to Holiday Club and Yang Chou Massage. Holiday Club is part of Oasis hotel, the hotel's name used to be Holiday International, address is street 84 Monivong blvd. Go there 11:30pm or later, it is open until 6am. Beer is $6, order 2 and get 3rd free. One of the mamasans there approached me and ask if I want companionship. I had to pay $6 to the bar and give another $6 tip to the girl later. By midnight, the place was packed. There were a lot of girls, maybe 80 or more, most are vietnamese, a few are khmer, customers are mostly chinese, I did not see any khmer or white guy there. Short time is $30, overnight is $50. The girls looked young (18 to 24), the older ones are usually mamasans. They are average looking but there were some tall and good looking ones and I quickly found out that they were all booked. I chat with a girl who recently was recruited from VN and she said she made about $1000 a month. All girls there hope to become girlfriend of chinese businessmen in PP and get monthly "salary" and many did. But when the businessmen go home to Taiwan or Singapore or China, most will go back to the club to make extra money. The girl I chat with had period so mamasan took me outside the club and introduce another girl to save me the $6 I would have to pay to the bar. The girl had her cherry popped recently and was very young and innocent looking. She took me to a hotel nearby, I paid $10 for the room, $30 to the girl + $10 tip. I went back there the next day, it was a Saturday night and same mamasan introduced me to a fine looking Khmer girl. I took her to my hotel this time, she has C section on her belly but her attitude and service made me forget everything! People at Holiday party real hard, I saw a lot of drugs being used. For real gorgeous girls, ask mamasan and she'll introduce them outside the club, in the hotel dining area. They are $100, short time. I saw them but did not try, they are above my budget. I also went to Yang Chou massage, it is a bit hard to find. It's next to Yang Chou hotel, street 252 off Monivong, opposite 99 KTV. There is a very small sign between YC hotel and YC KTV and narrow stairs leading up to the massage. There were 2 russians and 3 PRC sitting in the lounge and about 50 girls, khmer and vietnamese in the the fish bowl. The russians looked like drug addicts and the PRC girls are real fat. There were about 10 girls in the bowl that are fair looking, no 3 (khmer) is real pretty and no 16 and 93 (vietnamese) are real foxy. I picked no 3, paid $40 because she just started to work, still had the body of a virgin. Normally vietnamese are $30 ST and khmer are $20 ST. I had to pay another $6 for the room. The room is kind of dirty, I could've brought them back to my hotel but did not. The manager and the girls were friendly, I visited several other places and it seems that this place at least has some decent girls, the other places has none. Overall, one can have fun in PP but pickings are slim compared to BKK. Besides Holiday, the girls told me that they also frequent Casa. I was there the last trip but did not see a soul around 11:30pm. Maybe I was too early?

Yeah I have heard of Yang Zhou before but myself i have not been there personally. How i heard of it? Gals who normally get no biz in the ktvs are recommended to go there. After a few china gals told me about this, i never thought about finding out more about the place.

As for East European Galsl, there are apparently 3 of them in PP. 2 of them are in Holiday( Manhattan disco) almost every night. Pls be careful when u are with them though. I have heard a story about them lacing their lips with drugs and then kissing u.

With regards to KTVs, yes the standard price for a Viet gal is USD50. If u are a regular and if they like u, of course things might change. China gals are a min of USD100. 1 thing to emphasize is the word MIN. Most will ask for USD120-150.

I really have no idea wats the rate for ST as its almost never mentioned here. Thus, the price in which i state is always for overnight.

There are a few really chio gals around who have been "baoed" already and these gals generally charge USD100.

Someone also mentioned Holiday disco and mummies in a previous post. However, its not really needed to employ their services. They are actually just old free lancers who go around the disco looking for gals for u. This is something in which u can easily do yourself. Just walk around the disco, if u find someone u like, just start looking/smiling at her. If shes available she will come up to u.
1 thing to note though is that its really dark in there and sometimes its kinda hard to see properly.

I would have agreed with both CowboyB and JEZTER on what they said. I have been to PP more than 10 times last year and those who know the area would have mentioned what both of them had said in their previous post.
