I just went to Batam 1st trip there
My friend bought me to Galaxy KTV (According to friend is classy compared to M1 & M2) and is new - 2 mths old

Was given 40% off drinks incl room by Mommy
2 pax 2 towers abt sgd150 (is on the high side, can check w bros here)

But girls are much better, but do take note, some girls dun go out
sitting fees sgd60-80 and overnight sgd200-250

At batam since last night, been to a few booking joints that mentioned in this thread yesterday night and this today noon.. can’t find anyone.. wasted hours for visiting joints by joints..
End up to octopus spa today noon.thought going somewhere that with higher price come find a better quaility..

As of date of this posted message 12pm batam time,i am able to change 10k rupiah for 1 sgd,hehehe...just opposite formosa hotel.

(Sunday exchange rate usually same as Saturday)

I was expecting more,but...*sob*...i think i must be greedy,hehehe...i changed S$300,will be changing more later.

My 1st 10k/SGD for 2017...hehehe...and i was so happy about it.

Its also the 1st time i took Horizon ferry and it took 37 mins to reach the Harbour Bay port,hehehe...

Notice the "Christmas" word on the picture below got no Merry ,but the "New Year" has a Happy there?

The sad thing is,the hotel driver was 10mins late in picking me up (free things have to wait,kind of no choice...hehehe...)...and when i arrived,room wasnt ready. Receptionist tells me need to wait 30mins,so i go grab a small bite in Tea Story....

...and it cost me...

Thanks bros! That chubby chinese money changer opposite formosa hotel did quote me Rp 10k. I told here i was changing in excess of SGD 1k. Revised rate 10,020. Oh well, not bad already considering the online rate is 10,047.

If i have seen you post the rate earlier,i would have ask for 10020 too,i guess i was overly excited (happy,too happy) when i see 10k/sgd...hehehe...i am going to change again later,hopefully can see 10020,otherwise i will leave it till tomorrow then.

Oh,the hotel provision shop didnt close today,it just moved few shops further down into a bigger shop space...

...and my ration for day 1...hehehe...

...hehehe...and my bill for the ration...

...the product i bought however was a bit on the dusty side (they were still moving),hehehe...need to wash with a bit of water and wipe its external with tissue paper before consuming.

Looks like cigarettes getting a bit more expensive in Batam,hehehe... (not comparing with Singapore of course)

Time to get some rest before my girl arrive.
