Was watching CNBC, inter bank rate up 300pip to 4.43 this afternoon.....maybe it is a good time to lock in for next trip?

There is a cartel at PPC, all the remittence agent will quote the same rate for the day. They normally do not change the rate during the day even if the market moves.
