Hi bros, I can confirm that Willie of 2831A and Garrick of 1654A speak good English (Singlish) and could communicate with foreign brothers effectively. If you are not sure of some Singapore slangs , you could always ask them to clarify the meaning of that phrase.

Beside those mentioned above, 1606 Ah Yap, 54A Menge/Garrick, 1651 Gorden, 2033 Steven, 1817 Jeff/Derek, 1805 Peter, etc. all can speak England. The degree of effectiveness varies to a certain extent. 1805 Peter obviously can speak as well as his blood bros, Willie/Gwee.
