It's kinda heart-rending to see these pretty and nice Vietnamese girls who gave us men comfort and joy, packed into lorries/vans by the Anti-Vice teams.
The Vietnamese girls gave us Singapore guys the least or practically no problems, unlike the 'robert head' treatment by the pinoys, thais and prcs. We do understand Anti-vice's role, for they perform a necessary role in our society. Just hope AV will be lenient to the vietnamese girls. Life is stressful in Singapore. Our own singapore girls contribute to our stress too, not take them away. Sigh...don't the authorities know these sweet vietnamese girls are helping in relieving our stress? Seems the Singapore girls have it all. They get equality here, serve no NS, pampered and spoilt, get to meet and select rich guys, acess to all kinds of material goods, etc...a good life here and all we Singapore guys get is to work our ass off every darn day serving the economy, serving the nation and to please our singapore girls as well. Sometimes i wonder if if emigrating is not so bad an idea after all, retain my male dignity and hand over my ownership of singapore to the powerful and dominating singapore 'victorian prudish ( or is hypocrite) era' women.  -

I am totally agreed with you. Local gals seem to like to take control that they choose the guy or in control of the relationship. They havent waked up from that fact that 1 out of 4 Sg guys married foreign gals. Moving forward, it will be more.

Sometime when you make a comparision, you will never have a fair standing. Comparing singaporean girls who breed, grow up, study, being pampered and accustomed to this society, who shld we blame? They just want to have a better status as compared to their peers or other singaporean girls.
Likewise, those foreign ladies who do not have such luxury at their origin, so they place a wager on this little dot, and hope for the best. Don't forget these ladies are getting smarter and smarter, and know that ladies are much protected when they get married in here. It just a matter of time to gain knowledge of.

I do agree to some extend that foreign ladies is better than singaporean ladies...but cant say totally 100%....every country is the same...have bad and have good...you think there will still be good one left...when you in your 30+? Even have also very few.....you want good one...havent mature one...dont know what is needed in life...then look for those younger one....but then will they love "old man"
It is just the matter of time that foreign ladies learn and open up to the culture of singapore... It all depend on which type of foreign ladies you get to know..good or not good..faithful or not faithful....you try to marry a foreign lady and treat her like shit...see what will happen....back to the base line they are still woman afterall...sometimes it is on your part that thing went wrong...and not to say that singaporean girl 90% is like that....dont you have friends who married good singaporean wife? Last but not least...I would like to stress again..if you marry foreign lady...treat her well...if not then keep her forever at home and dont expose her to the outside world and culture of Singapore...then you will be safe...if not, once they learn more, it will be back to square one....
