Very easy, you take Taxi tell Taxi driver you want to go bugis junction 170 Bus Stop, then reach there you can see many Bus and Taxi, many people queue waiting Bus and Taxi, you so blur better u take Taxi 10dollar only Straight away reach JB city Square, if u reach City Square take Taxi go NZ spa 10Ringgit! After your session NZ spa down stair many Taxi. Got Taxi stand there, tell them u want to go City Square Taxi Stand.

You standby 20dollar & 30 Ringgit go JB and back SG.
Standby 250dollar go for the session maybe u want to add session or go city square walk walk u also got money. Use credit card also ok. So easy right?

There is a taxi terminal at d ground level of d JB immigration building. Just follow d crowd after chopping your passport but make sure you don't walk towards d bus terminal side. Along d way to d taxi terminal, there will be quite a few private taxi operators asking you whether do you need taxi or not. Pls ignore them & politely telling them that you don't need. Upon reaching d ground level, exit d building & turn to your left. You will see d taxi terminal. Walk towards it & there is a taxi payment counter. Tell d counter personnel that you want to go to Zon & he will tell you to pay about MYR11. A receipt will be given to you & he will tell you d taxi plate number. Go to d correct taxi & pass d receipt to d driver & tell d driver again that you're going to Zon. You will then be driven to this place. After d session at Zon, you can either wait for a taxi at d hotel entrance or walk about 100m to d main road to wait for a taxi. The fastest way to get a taxi is to walk to d main road as very few taxi will want to come into Zon unless there is a hotel guest who is arriving.

From JB custom (I assume you meant immigration).... walk out to JB Sentral and go down the escalator to the row of bus bays.... walk to the end at Bus Bay 1.

Bus Bay 1 serves a few routes but you can take buses (CT 1 - RM$1.50) or (no.22 - RM$1.30). Both buses travel along Stulang Laut and will stop at the ZON complex bus stop.

Alternatively, you can turn in the other direction at JB Sentral to the taxi kiosk where there is a queue of taxis waiting...... just tell the counter girl your destination and she will tell you the amount to pay and give you a receipt with the taxi number...... take the receipt and look for your taxi and you will reach ZON in less than 10mins. (Do note that this is a taxi kiosk and there is a booking fee chargeable which is already included in the fare). The exact fare from this kiosk to ZON should be RM$12.70 only...... you do not have to pay or tip the driver anything as some may ask for extra if they sense you are a foreigner or newbie.

However, you can also flag down a passing taxi from the main road and go by meter..... the fare from JB custom to ZON is about RM5.60-RM6.00 if he goes by the normal route.... about RM8.00 if he goes by the highway route.

Great / helpful info for all - alternative with some savings for the more adventurous. Cab cost more but more suitable for those who prefer safety/convenience. I can speak Malay - usually take buses in JB. Thanks.
