Was in Phnom Penh early this year amd was brought by a friend to a stretch of barbr salon with mainly Veitnam ladies. Will be in Phnom Penh again end this month, any brothers here know which stretch of road is this? or Street No.?

I think you are mentioning the road near Phsar Thmei. Is the same stretch as Sam Doo Restaurant located at end of Kampuchea Krom towards Phsar Thmei.

The street is 128. The stretch of barber shops is just a little off the New Market or Phsa Thmey.

The barbershops are mainly on the side of the road although there are 1 or 1 more on the opposite side.
