For hotel guest there is a 25% but only apply to facilities will never inform customer about it when you are at the spa..

Thank you,this is always the case. Its like a kind of bargaining to me,much often i would ask them if there are any ongoing promotion etc. Many a time,they did not even know of a certain promo that exist,hehehe...

(tipping a little to the guy helps,hehehe...)

Its like the KTV culture in Batam,whereby one only need to spend a certain amount of rupiah to get the room free (bigger room,a higher price-to-spend). And staffs (customer too) do not know the exact pricing due to the ++,hehehe...

*so,one will actually notice that a very big KTV room can cost up to 1.5 juta (or/and more) which already include food and drinks of 1.5 juta worth. Therefore most will almost never be able to get the price about their KTV spending rightly written even in this thread.
