First off, the players are already grappling with the previous 4-2-3-1 formation due to many reasons.
Now, Amorim wants his preferred 3-4-3.
Looking at things, the players appears to be in confused state.
Some match good, some match bad. 3-4-3 got its weakness which many experienced managers in EPL knows how to exploit.
Top it all off, got this naive manager and his clown team who thinks they can replicate their success in small time league to big time EPL.

Another scenario how this season will end up.

The club will be ousted from FA Cup and Europa Cup, then battling relegation from EPL.
Then in sudden dramatic mode, the pussies and RA clown team managed to conjured a rare victory that see them staging an escape from relegation on the last day.

Everything will be forgotten with RA clown team and pussies rejoicing and fans celebrating.
All of them will be having mass orgy sausage party in SJR secret chamber.
(Sad fact that all you guys won't be invited to the party though)

actually hor... it might be a good thing if man u get relegated... because when the ship goes down, all the rats will escape then man u will reboot for real and start from scratch, play all the youngsters

- another poor performance, not much chances created, no supply to hojlund, its getting clearer that which players are not good enough, or dun suit amorim system

- opponents have figured out amad is the main danger man, so whenever he gets the ball, 2-3 men close down on him, he played better at RWB rather than at RF, but also means he will be rotated more

- the wingbacks dun threaten at all, and when they pushed up and man u lose the ball, suddenly the tables are turned and wolves counter will overload the defence. where is the width? where is the penetration? where are the crosses? amorim gotta seriously think about playing antony at LWB, and antony gotta train like mad to cross properly with his left foot

- fernandes got sent off again, third time liao, is getting sent off his way of getting a proper rest due to overplaying? i'm starting to think that he might not suit amorim system, and his mistakes are costing the team more and more

- ugarte is getting overworked as the sole DMC, running all over the pitch and been getting yellows, man u became more open whenever amorim sub him off to prevent a red. there is a need for another DMC to share the workload as mainoo casemiro eriksen can't be relied on

- mainoo also dun seem a good fit as MC, he can't protect the defence, made poor passes, will amorim experiment him as inside fw?

- defending set pieces is a major issue, how to defend when opponents crowd out onana and the corner taker aims for the goal?

- next match is PL at home vs newcastle, newcastle has much better form, dun think they will lose
