2 persons with exactly the same date of birth but staying in different places, cities or countries (even same country but raised in different family - rich / poor), they experience different kind of life.

one maybe doing metal related job (finance or banking) in Singapore, another with the same dob maybe dealing with scrap metal biz in Myanmar. Both their characteristic (their personality, behaviour) will be more or less the same.

Those more successful ones are those who seek to know themselves better hence have better control over their weaknesses.

u r correct on the calculation, that birthday belong to earth element.
it is best for the element to be in earth related industry, second in place will be in water.
