Do not know if the right place for this question but:

Since many of the WG's have Genital Herpes and if the male has it also, but neither has any outward signs. Does increased infection occur between these two people when they have regular sex? Unprotected of course. And assuming that they are both clean otherwise with no other STD's.

If both parties have Genital Herpes, I guess it won't make any difference if they have unprotected sex. You cannot catch something that you already have.

However, with HPV, there are many different strains... some are implicated in cancer while many are considered nothing more than an inconvenience. It is possible to catch new strains of HPV even if you already have the genital wart virus.

my guess is some have no access to the test. and some do not even know they have acquired it as symptoms shows up as regular cold and goes off after sometime.
