I think bro petrolheadsg Nestum 'blue satchet' is the one with oats. If really want oats there are many oats extract in most pharmacy. Ginseng and maca roots also another options for energy.

Cool Bro, just bought it today at Cold Storage @ $5.55 (20 sachets). Hope I got it right, it's Nestum 3in1 Cereal Drink + Oat (Low Fat). Just drink one and taste good (but the cereal + oat tends to sink at the bottom). Dun know about the effect yet. Request few more days to test it first before the result can be seen.

Was wondering if creatine works for this ... if we can take that for gym, why not on bed too.

Energy bar(Any) + Red Bull in the morning and aftenoon for me..
But must drink more water cos its heaty...
Can feel effect on the same night.

For futher enhancement on the night, 1pac of cognac to 2 pac of redbull..
Bros with high blood or heart problem please refrain from this cocktail..

Once my OC see me drinking cognac+redbull, she's damn Fking happy.

normally i take a lot of protein,fish,chicken etc

seafood(shell fish type) if possible
