Apt rent is varying depend on size, area and facilities.

as cheap as 2,000baht per month or even cheaper.

Main thing is why you need to rent, for work? then i suggest to take up some apt near your working place as travelling to and fro can be very tiring.

No need permit....passport can liao......some factor in the utilities into the rent liao.....other bill you separate & you can go to 7-11 to pay

apartment rent is seperated from the utilities most of the time.
charges per unit lo. when u get ur paper bill slotted under ur door lol, you can see the different charges stated.

If u use avg water consumption, and dont on the aircon everyday, total utilities no more den 500 la. aircon's the killer, can reach up to few k if u on it everyday.

below's an example of a rental website showing the charges on utilities.

its less den 5 mins away from hwaykwang mrt, 10mins to hwaykwang market

facilities nothing to shout about la... standard room with balcony, below got barber and restaurent etc, aircon, shower etc. very standard, 4500 cuz near mrt.

got palces with better facilities like wifi and pool and gym, at only 4300 if u sign 1 year contract.. but location is ladprao 54, lol the money you end up saving goes to public transport liao
