Those are the 'shallow' type of people. They go for decorative wrappers and do not show any concern for the contents. Be confidence for who you are and I am sure that one day, you will be appreciated by that someone who is special to you.

As to the adding of weight slabs, keeping healthy is a way to enjoy life. If you are physically fitter, you will be able to enjoy the physical work out of a relationship with your partner. Things do feel slightly better when you dropped those slabs, am I right? Pros are definitely more than the cons in this case.

Sis I feel you. I began gaining weight and ballooning up 15kgs after I decided to switch job from retail to office desk bound. When I was at my fattest not only guys, but my female peers actually said "Wah! You sick or what?"

Very depressing and I even have friends left me because I became fat. But I agree with bro totally, be confident of who you are. Appearance and size changes overtime but character and confidence is what makes you unique and attractive.

I have always been mocked at for being fat, and I could never regain confidence since then. Being at 21yo, I will still look into the mirror and regard myself as a disgusting monster. It's really hard to make myself gain confidence again.

I am a guy and have been mocked for being fat too and that really dealt a big blow to my confidence. I tried slimming down because I am worried about my health too but it's hard to continue especially when I do OTs.

gal, you are young. no one can judge you except you yourself.

a real monster is someone who is ugly from the inside. as in his/her personality and character.

ultimately, it's all about how you view yourself and the way you carry yourself, present yourself to the world.

just remember, positive attracts positive. negative attracts negative. meaning, whatever positive thoughts you think, will attracts positive actions and happenings around you. same goes to negative. if you want to feel good about yourself, start thinking positively.

thanks to all the advise from the ppl here.. i'm feeling much much better now..

continue to work work and packed my wkend fully over the past 1 mth.
